Delivery Policy

We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient on time. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number plus a cell phone number and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers.

We offer delivery for a flat fee of $15. Because all of our customers are important, we go an extra mile to give personalized service and make your experience a pleasant one.
 
If you would like to pick up flowers, please call or place your order online so we can have the flowers ready for you when you arrive.

Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery to Your Door
All orders at Blooms in Ribbon are hand-delivered fresh by our professional local couriers—right to your recipient’s doorstep.

Delivery Area
– Eligible for all addresses within Sacramento city limits.
– Please verify your delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Delivery Fee
– Flat rate: $15.00 per order (no hidden surcharges).

Delivery Schedule & Timing
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Same-Day Delivery: Available Monday–Saturday for orders placed by 12:00 PM PT (Saturdays cutoff: 11:00 AM PT).
Sunday & Holiday Delivery: Offered for an additional surcharge—please contact us for details.

Delivery Date & Time Selection

  1. On the Product page, click the “Delivery Date” calendar widget to pick your preferred date.

  2. On the Product page click the “Delivery Time” and select delivery time

  3. Same-day slots appear only if you order before the cutoff time.

Order Cut-Off Times
Monday–Sundat: Place by 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM PT for same-day delivery.
Saturday – Sunday: Place by 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT for same-day delivery.
– Orders after cutoff will ship on the next business day.

Customer Instructions
– Use the “Order notes” field at checkout for apartment buzz codes, gate codes, or special delivery instructions.
– In case of severe weather or unexpected delays, we’ll notify you via email or phone with an updated delivery estimate.

Address Accuracy & Liability
– Blooms in Ribbon is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
– If our courier cannot gain access, a notice will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
