What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Square payments. All transactions are securely processed.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Same-day delivery is available across all 12 of our service areas in Northern California.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We do not deliver on Sundays. For special holidays, extended delivery hours may apply.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most of our arrangements last 5–7 days. We include care instructions with every delivery. Key tips: trim stems at an angle, change water every 2 days, and keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Do you make substitutions?

Occasionally, certain flowers may be unavailable due to seasonality. In such cases, our florists will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value that match the style and color palette of your chosen arrangement. We always prioritize maintaining the overall look and feel.
