Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blooms In Ribbon website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Blooms In Ribbon provides premium flower delivery services across Northern California. Our services include:
- Online ordering of flower arrangements and bouquets
- Same-day and scheduled delivery services
- Custom floral design and wedding services
- Corporate and event floral services
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment processing
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery location and service type
- Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time
- Same-day orders: Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once our florists have started preparing the arrangement
- Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will either replace the arrangement or provide a full refund at our discretion
- Damaged products: If flowers arrive damaged, please send photos to our customer service team within 24 hours for a prompt resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
