Welcome to Blooms in Ribbon. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under California law.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices, fees, and delivery charges are as stated at checkout.

  • Payment options include credit/debit cards,Venmo/Zelle (cash on delivery).

  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Sacramento city limits for a flat fee of $15.00.

  • Blooms in Ribbon is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or events beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the delicate nature of our product, we highly recommend our customers to choose a delivery address where somebody will be able to receive the delivery.
    Due to flowers being perishable, we are not able to accept returns for any purchases.
    In order to process a claim , Blooms in Ribbon needs to be notified via email (blooms.in.ribbon@ gmail.com) within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise.
    If your order was not delivered on the scheduled date, please reach out whiting 24 hours of the delivery date so we can better assist you.

  • If your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Blooms in Ribbon and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

  • You may view and download materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers;

  • Use robots, spiders, or automated means to access the site;

  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blooms in Ribbon’s liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blooms in Ribbon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
