Flower Substitution Policy

We strive to deliver exactly what you order. In rare cases when specific flowers are unavailable, here is how we handle substitutions.

When Do We Substitute?

Flower availability can change due to seasonality, weather conditions, and supply chain factors. While we make every effort to fulfill your order exactly as shown, there are rare occasions when a specific flower variety, color shade, or container may not be available.

Our Substitution Promise

When a substitution is necessary, we follow these principles:

  • Equal or greater value — Substituted flowers are always of equal or higher value than the originals.
  • Similar style & color — We match the overall look, color palette, and aesthetic of your chosen arrangement.
  • Same arrangement size — The finished arrangement will be the same size and visual impact as what you ordered.
  • Professional judgment — Our experienced florists use their expertise to select the best possible alternatives.

Common Substitutions

Examples of typical substitutions include: roses of a slightly different shade, peonies for garden roses (and vice versa), or a similar variety of lily. We never substitute premium flowers with lower-quality alternatives.

Special Requests

If you have a strong preference for specific flowers with no substitutions, please note this in your order or contact us directly. We'll confirm availability before processing and, if the flowers aren't available, we'll reach out to discuss options before proceeding.

Container Substitutions

Vases and containers may occasionally be substituted with a similar style and color. The quality and size of the container will always match or exceed what was originally shown.
